Fields of operation
(1) Raising donation aid funds and projects to promote
the economic and social development of Jiangxi province. To receive
consignment by the department of foreign trade and economic cooperation
of Jiangxi province and Jiangxi provincial foreign economic liaison
office, fulfill the functions to negotiate and provide services
of international and civil donation aid projects of Jiangxi Province.
¡ñAccept or help to arrangement of donation aid funds
and projects of economy and technology and all different kinds of
donation aid funds and property from different kinds of international
and domestic sources.
¡ñOfficially sign a treaty on behalf of the areas and
units, which accept the donation aid offering with the associations,
institutions and enterprises, which offer supply of the donation
aids.
¡ñTo receive consignment by the areas and units which
accept the donation aid offering, carry out feasibility research
and proofs of the projects of the development of economy and society,
implementation of the projects, submit the reports of the progress
of the projects, financial reports and audit reports in accordance
with the requirements.
¡ñIn accordance with the concerning national legislations,
conduct the procedures of entry, residence, travel inland and etc.
For the staffs of the international institutions working in Jiangxi
province to implement of the projects of the cooperation of economy
and technology, and the procedures of Going Global (exit) to implement
of the projects of Jiangxi Province.
¡ñIn charge of conducting the customs procedures such
as declaration to customs, deducting or tax-free of equipments,
materials and cargos etc., provided by the projects of international
co-operation of economy and technology, and in relation to the procedures
of picking up and distribution of the goods.
¡ñAssists to dispatch the working staffs of the office
of the project.
(2) To receive consignment by the department of foreign
trade and economy cooperation of Jiangxi province and Jiangxi provincial
foreign economic liaison office, carry out the tasks which is as
followings:
¡ñAssist to standardize manages of the markets of international
foreign projects contractors and labors working abroad services,
and operation orders.
¡ñAssist to carry out Jiangxi provincial training tasks
for the members of labors working abroad to grasp the professional
career skills and abilities.
¡ñOther relation of proceedings.
(3) Carry through, implementation of the strategy of
Going Global of international foreign trade and economy co-operation,
providing the services for the different kinds of institutions and
enterprises which have an ambition to engage in the undertaking
of the liaison and the co-operation of international economy and
technology of Jiangxi Province, enhance the competitive abilities
while participation of international competitions.
¡ñThe inquiry services of policy, law, legislations and business.
¡ñOrganize delegates to Going Global to carry out business tasks
of exploration and training.
¡ñOrganize different kinds of enterprises to participate for international
fairs. Commodity fairs.
¡ñUndertakes the meetings and fairs in relation to the liaison and
the co-operation of international economy and technology of Jiangxi
Province.
¡ñConduct the professional training courses of management, finance
and business and etc., promotes the sources of the supply of manpower
in relation to the institutions and different kinds of enterprises
of Jiangxi province.
